	Your List We will create a private list to store your customers name, email address and other demographic information. This list is hosted on our private and secure servers. 	Your Message You send us your message in a simple text document such as Microsoft Word. Your message will be turned into a full color webpage that will be sent to your customers and received in their email. Using HTML means we can include "clickable" links and provide e-commerce at the point of contact. A text version of your message is also created for those that cannot receive rich media email. 	Hosting Once we create your message, it will be hosted at a special website where you, your staff and your customers can view your message online for up to one year or longer. This means you to not have to file your offerings or print them and tape them up on the wall. We will create an archive that will easily allow you to view your newsletters, sales promotions or other documents right from your PC. [ view archive page ]
	Reporting Monthly, we will email you a report of how many emails were sent, how many were opened, new subscribers, how many customers unsubscribed and how many clicked on links indicating their areas of interest. [ view a sample report ]
