	Survey's Our team will work with you to determine if we need to create a custom survey or utilize one of our existing professional surveys. Your survey can be web based, paper based or distributed via email. Regardless of deployment, we will provide the mechanism to compile the data and report on the results. 	Hosting Once we create your survey, it will be hosted at a special website where it can be accessed by your staff (if they are asking the questions), by your customers directly via the web or we can email the survey directly to your customers. All responses are compiled and stored securely.
	Reporting We email you a report showing who responded along with pie graphs of the results by survey question. In addition, you will receive two excel spread sheets listing responses by respondent and responses by question.
