I do not have an
email list now, how will I get my customers to provide them?
Many business do not and we say, why not? After all, you work hard and
spend money to generate business and gain customers. You need to develop a
new mindset and ASK your customers for their email addresses just as you
now ask for their phone numbers. Explain to your customers that you want
to be able to send them special promotions and important information
because you value their business and want to be sure they have the latest
information available. Be sure to tell them they will never be spammed.

Do I have to sign up
each customer or is there an easier way?
No, you do not have to sign up each customer. First, if you have a list
and sent it to us, we will upload it for you as part of your initial
start-up. In addition, we will provide a web-based sign-up form so your customers can
subscribe, update their information or even unsubscribe by themselves
online.
This sign-up form can be accessed from a link on your own website or hosted
by us and accessed over the internet. We feel this makes the most sense
since your customers choose (opt-in) to receive your information which
means they want it. In addition, this method requires no resources on your
part so you
can focus on sales and customer service.

What about my
customers that wish to no longer receive email?
Every email will include instructions for your customers to cancel their
subscription if they choose to. Information on cancelled subscribers will be included in a
monthly report that will be emailed to you.

Can't I do this type
of service in-house and save money?
YES, you can do it in-house, but NO, you will not save money. For you to do
what we do, you will need someone that can write copy, can develop
WebPages, someone to deal with the technology issues and someone focused
to the task so it gets done. It is highly unlikely that you would have
someone in your business now with all these skills and if you did, you are
likely paying them much more than what our service costs. You are the
expert at your business, let us be the experts here for you.

Why do you ask for an
annual subscription?
When you sign up with 1WebPlus, we create customized space for you on
several different servers to maintain your mailings and client
information. We commit this space entirely to you and your needs and
cannot seek to reformat the space unless you cancel your account.
Naturally, we require your commitment in return.

What happens if I
want to skip a month and not send anything to my customers?
This is entirely up to you, it's your account and your business. However,
as marketing consultants, we strongly suggest that you be consistent in communicating with your
customers. For example, if you are sending a monthly newsletter, your
customers will expect it monthly. In addition, by sending consistent
information, the servers are able to maintain your customer list in a more
accurate manor. This is because our system will actually remove bad email
addresses by monitoring the emails that are returned (bounced)
undeliverable. The less often you send information the less often
our system has the information it needs to maintain
your list.

What happens if I
cancel before my year is over?
If you must cancel your subscription, we will only bill you $100 for each
remaining month on your annual contract. This helps us cover the costs
incurred by your early termination such as, closing out
your account with us, preparing your final report and other administrative
functions. In addition, our technicians must reconfigure our servers and
remove the customization we created for you and then reformat the hard
drives. This must be done for security reasons before we can reuse these
hardware resources for another client. These are costs that we normally
absorb during the fulfillment of an annual contract.

In addition to email
documents, can I also do paper documents?
We will consider doing paper for those clients that would like to offer
their customers a choice of paper and/or email. We will quote custom
pricing for this service on a case-by-case basis.
